In 2017, the Waterloo Presbytery Extension Council gifted a piece of property on Stauffler Road in Kitchener, ON to the While Owl Native Association.
The gift was highlighted in a recent article on the Religion News Service Website about the broader church’s efforts to engage in acts of reconciliation through transfer of land to indigenous communities.
